SHINE UP is a non-governmental organization founded by Minister Gladys Nzelu with a mission to empower women, young ladies, and the less privileged through skill acquisition, mentorship, education, and humanitarian support.
The foundation is committed to helping individuals discover their potential, become self-reliant, and build better futures for themselves and their communities.
